Which Odoo versions are supported?

Odoo 19 and newer.

Does it work on Odoo Online?

Not yet: Odoo Online doesn't allow installing third-party modules directly. The module will be available there once published in Odoo Apps. For now — Odoo.sh and self-hosted.

Why doesn't screen capture work?

Browsers allow screen capture and clipboard access only over HTTPS (or localhost). Set up HTTPS on your Odoo and everything works. Without HTTPS, file upload and drag & drop remain available.

Are external libraries required?

No.

How many screenshots can I attach?

Up to three per bug report, with markup on the image.

Can I change the stages?

Yes, the manager configures stages and tags.

What if a bug was closed by mistake?

Click Reopen and give a reason — it will be logged in Chatter.

Is there a license?

OPL-1 (Odoo Proprietary License). See the terms for details.
