Everything for QA teams inside Odoo

From a quick report to controlled closure.

🐞

Systray button

The “Report a Bug” form opens from any backend screen without leaving the page. It collapses to its title bar while you look for the right spot or take a screenshot.

🗂️

Kanban board

New, Confirmed, In Progress, Needs Info, Resolved, Rejected, Closed. Stages are configured by the manager.

📸

Up to 3 screenshots per bug report

Attach up to three screenshots to each bug report: paste from the clipboard, drag & drop, file upload or screen capture (capture requires HTTPS). Mark up the image right on it: pencil, blur, circle, numbered markers.

🧭

Auto context

Page URL, active model and record, browser, OS, screen resolution, company. Jump to the record in one click.

🧾

Description template

Steps / expected / actual. Once a bug leaves “New”, the description is locked — the history lives in Chatter.

Resolutions

Fixed, Duplicate, Won't Fix, Cannot Reproduce, Not a Bug. A bug can't be closed without a resolution. Reopen with a reason in Chatter.

🔍

Duplicate search

Similar open bugs are shown while you type the title.

⏱️

“Stuck” flag

A days-in-stage counter and a flag for bugs that have stalled.

💬

All discussion, notes and notifications live in Odoo's standard mail module.
