License

The module is distributed under the Odoo Proprietary License v1.0 (OPL-1). The full text is in the file LICENSE inside the module; official version: odoo.com/documentation/master/legal/licenses.

What you get

• The right to use and modify the module in your organization for the number of databases/companies agreed at order.
• Updates within the Odoo 19 major version.
• Support for installation and module errors.

What is forbidden

• Publish, distribute, sublicense or sell the module or its modified copies.
• Pass a copy to another organization, including your clients, without a separate license for them.
• Remove copyright notices and the license file.

Personal copy

Each issued copy is marked with the buyer's name and order number (file LICENSED_TO.txt and a comment in __manifest__.py). These marks must not be removed. If unlawful distribution is found, we may stop support and updates and defend our rights as permitted by law.

External contractors

Your integrator may install and configure the module for you, but may not use your copy for other clients.

Warranty and liability

The module is provided “as is”, as stated in OPL-1. We are not liable for indirect damages; liability is limited to the amount paid for the module.
